If you receive a product that has been tested and still doesn’t function, you can return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, you must contact us within two weeks at info@scubajet-parts.com. Refunds are processed within two weeks of resolving the issue. Please note that we cannot process claims made later than two weeks after you receive your item.
We are unable to offer any warranty on the parts. However, we understand this is a unique situation, and we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability.
